Identifying Information. In general, you can visit the Site without telling us who you are or providing any information about yourself. In some areas of the Site, we ask you to provide information that will enable us to process an order, offer services that require registration, assist you with technical support issues or to follow up with you. Appraisal Privacy Protection

In the course of performing appraisals, we may collect what is known as "nonpublic personal information" about you. We will retain records relating to professional services that we have provided to you for a reasonable time so that we are better able to assist you with your needs. We know customers are concerned about credit card security. While we accept credit cards for payment of appraisal services, we do not accept credit card payments online.
